Executive Pastor
As Executive Pastor, Josh brings strategic vision and operational excellence to Saving Grace Church. He oversees church operations, develops ministry programs, and works closely with his father, Founding Pastor Floriano Pereira, to guide the congregation in spiritual growth and community impact.
20+ Years of Ministry Experience
Raised in a ministry family, Josh began serving at a young age in media, worship, and youth ministry. This foundation has shaped his passion for developing leaders, strengthening discipleship, and creating environments where people encounter God's presence and discover their calling.
"Though once preparing for a career in the Marine Corps, I ultimately answered God's call to ministry. It's the greatest privilege of my life to serve the local church and help people grow in their faith journey."
